Service Description

This is your Perfecting Session & is mandatory to completing your Permanent Cosmetics services. *Brows or Lips This session should be done 6-10 weeks after your initial session with Bella Vi Beauty. **Do not book for this service if you have not gotten your brows or lips done by Bella Vi Beauty. •Please read all of the info from your prior service for a refresher on Do’s and Don’ts to prepare you for your session and to avoid cancellation and loss of deposit. (Cannot be pregnant or nursing, no Botox, no AHA’s or retinol etc..) •PLEASE write down your appointment day and time/put it in your calendar to ensure you are aware of when your appointment is. *Do not ask me when your appointment is. *You will only be allowed to reschedule once. Please read the Late Policy, and Cancellation Policy. *Please check your emails, including junk/spam to ensure you are receiving all information prior to your session. (Location, appointment time, text me when you arrive etc) *See your After Care card on how to get a discount on this service. *CARD PAYMENTS AT YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL RESULT IN CARD FEES. Please pay your remaining balance in cash to avoid fees. •Deposit is a booking fee and it is NON refundable *No Refunds will be given for any reason. *By booking your appointment you are agreeing to and acknowledging your understanding to Bella Vi Beauty’s terms.

Cancellation Policy

Any missed or cancelled appointments will result in loss of deposit. A 48 hour notice of rescheduling an appointment is required and your deposit can be transferred to your new appointment date. Late Policy: Your appointment is automatically cancelled if you are 10 minutes late. No call No shows will be charged 50% of the service. By booking your appointment, you are agreeing to and acknowledging your understanding to Bella Vi Beauty’s terms.
