Service Description

•READ ALL INFO BELOW BEFORE BOOKING •PLEASE be sure to input your email correctly so you can receive info regarding: When your appointment is, Where the location is, and to TEXT upon arrival. *CHECK FOR EMAILS in junk/spam AND READ THEM •The $100 deposit is a NON REFUNDABLE booking fee •The remaining balance is due the day of your appointment in Cash or by Card only **Paying with a card will result in CARD FEES** •WE WILL THOROUGHLY CONSULT DURING YOUR SESSION & WILL DECIDE TOGETHER WHICH BROW STYLE IS BEST FOR YOU •It is required that you book a Touch Up session 6-8 weeks after your initial appointment •You cannot be pregnant or nursing •No Botox 3 weeks before your session •Cannot get brows wet while healing, this includes excessive sweating •No tanning of any kind while healing •No Blood thinners •No Makeup on your brows while healing •No Coffee the morning/day of appointment •Avoid Retinol, Retin A, and AHA’s BHA’s •MUST follow After Care Instructions (These will be given to you and discussed at your appointment.) *Please note: if these steps are not followed, you may need an Additional Touch Up *Some skin types will need an Additional Touch Up *You will only be allowed to reschedule ONCE *Please read and review the Cancellation & Late Policies thoroughly *Do not ask me when your appointment is •No Refunds will be given for ANY reason *By booking your appointment you are agreeing to and acknowledging your understanding to Bella Vi Beauty’s terms

Cancellation Policy

Any missed or cancelled appointments will result in loss of deposit. A 48 hour notice of rescheduling an appointment is required and your deposit can be transferred to your new appointment date. Late Policy: Your appointment is automatically cancelled if you are 10 minutes late. No call No shows will be charged 50% of the service. By booking your appointment, you are agreeing to and acknowledging your understanding to Bella Vi Beauty’s terms. We have a NO guest policy.
